You'll get a chance to visit and experience the offices of some of the world's leading companies. This rare access is only open to employees and other insiders.
You will get to work with professionals at two top companies, like Google and Apple, on Work Experience Projects. The projects give you invaluable exposure to their field and a chance to show your skills. You can use them in your CV when you apply for jobs.
You will get a chance to land verified job referrals at your mentors' companies, which increases your chances of landing a job there reportedly by 3 to 8 times more than other applicants.
We help you establish an invaluable network from leading brands like Google, Apple, Spotify, Microsoft, Meta and other big tech giants. They are very passionate about giving back to aspiring leaders like you, and work closely with you in their own capacities to expose you to their companies and fields.

The programme offers you a mix of in-office and online sessions after working hours.
12 May - Opening Session
6.30pm-8.30pm @ King's College where you will receive the details of your first Work Experience Project and profile of your collaborator.
14-28 May - Work Experience Project #1
14 May 6.30pm-8.00pm @ your collaborator's company e.g. Apple's office for the first meeting of your work experience project.
16-26 May, 6.30pm-8.00pm @ online, e.g. Zoom for your next 5 project meetings with your mentor.
28 May, 6.30pm-8.00pm @ your mentor's office for your presentation.
30 May-2 June - Mid-Programme Review
30 May, 6.30pm-8.30pm @ King's College for a reflection session on your first Work Experience Project.
2 June, 6.30pm-8.30pm where you will receive your details of your second Work Experience Project and collaborator profile.
4-18 June - Job Training Project #2
4 June, 6.30pm-8.00pm @ your collaborator's company, e.g. Spotify's office
6-16 June, 6.30pm-8.00pm @ online, e.g. Zoom for your next 5 project sessions with your mentor.
18 June, 6.30pm-8.00pm @ your mentor's office for your presentation and feedback
20 June - Closing Session & Review
6.30pm-8.00pm @ King's College for a reflection session on the second Work Experience Project and the conclusion of the programme.

The programme is set to run after work and school hours to allow for both students and professionals to join. We can reschedule or offer alternative hours on a case-by-case basis if you have a preference or conflict. In total, a participant should dedicate 6 to 8 hours per week.

This Work Experience Project gives you a chance to collaborate with an AI Product Marketer from Google to explore an exciting career path at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Marketing and Product. There are a total of 7 meetings, covering:
